£100 per week deposit required with balance due six weeks before the holiday starts. Full cancellation applies if within six weeks of the holiday start date - we will refund if we can rebook.

Arrival and Departure; normal time of occupation is 3 p.m. on arrival day. Departure must be by 10 a.m. on the departure day.

All prices include electricity, linen, towels and cleaning.

All bedding and towels are provided but please bring beach towels.
